You can’t manage what you don’t measure. Or make continuous improvements.  That’s why we keep careful track of key performance metrics — to ensure we’re meeting our performance and customer satisfaction goals and to give us a yardstick for gauging improvement.  We inspect what you expect.

Periodic QC checks are performed by experienced industry pros using the QC form you see here.  We inspect for safety violations, see if the customer is happy with our service, verify that the floors are protected and find out if the crew was on-time.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys are handled independently, through a third-party interview.  TeleSight specializes in customer feedback research.  With TeleSight’s help, we monitor our drivers, packers, loaders…our Move Coordinators…and our Operations Team to improve your experience.  Historically, our scores are excellent, with annual average of 4.61 / 5.00.  In short, “Survey says,”
